Wooden items are not microwave or dishwasher safe. It is recommended to hand wash with soap and warm water, towel dry, and allow to dry completely before storing. Wood may develop mold; washing and drying after each use can prevent as well as help to eliminate any possible exposure.

*Optional - Polishing wooden cups with beeswax every month can help to ensure protection against water. A few coats of food-grade mineral oil will also do the job if beeswax is not an option.
